Initial consultation

If you are considering therapy, please contact me to arrange an initial consultation.

This is a 50 minute appointment where we are able to meet and to discuss your reasons for coming, and also identify or explore what you would like to use your sessions for or what you would like to work towards. It is also an opportunity for you to get a feel for how I work, and if you would like to commit to working together.

I will also use this opportunity to inform you of my policies including confidentiality, payments, cancellations and appointment times.

Initial Consultation Fee- £55

Sessions

I offer both short term Counselling for a set amount of sessions, and also long term, or open ended, Psychotherapy.

Once we agree to work with each other, we will meet weekly on the same day and time.
